PADDOCKS:
The 17 paddocks, of various sizes: (1 x 1 acre, 12 x 1.5 acre, 2 x 2.6 acre, 2 x 3 acre) 'wrap' in a 'U' shape, around the central barn, sand & grass arenas, over an area of about 35 acres. These cater for private & shared arrangements and can 'home' from 1-4 horses.
Each paddock is watered through reticulated and gravity fed tanks attached to the barn and fenced with PVC sighter
The 8 western paddocks have their own trees and ajoin the private bush trail, so benefit from the afternoon shade. The other northern & eastern paddocks, have purpose built shelters (in a mixture of shade cloth & tin)
PRICES:
Shared 3 acre paddock prices start from $315pcm with up to 2-4 horses depending on horse/pony size.
Private 1.3 paddocks start from $450pcm depending on the topography, location, shelter/shade and number of horses (1-2)
CARE PACKAGES:
Please Note: Due to the extra administration and organisational time in delivering CASUAL Care, it is offered more as an 'one off' type emergency service, than a regular option. Therefore it may be more economically viable to chose PART or FULL care.
Please Note: Price variations for 'rugging only' or 'feeding only' requirements, for 1 or 2 horses, are available on application.
